For the beginner who has no or little skill of baking, or the one who can bake but want to study basic knowledge or learn the real technique of baking from the start such as equipment, raw material, basic skill, basic cake.

The ideal course for baker who want to has the right way of baking and want to be better and prepare themselves for the more advanced desserts 


for student who study basic course will receive 1 pound cake free.

spend 2 or 3 hour per one cake, choose 1 kind from;

- etc.
