Baking school for real bakers

Every student need the same thing after taking course, that they can make it the same when going back home. Everyone wants to be better in baking, and that's our philosophy. The reason we have only private course of not more than 2 or 3 people is that we want every student to participate, and understand everything clearly. The equipment and tools are not too complicated so that students can do the recipe when doing it at home and make the same results.

So we stress on techniques,becausein baking technique is beyond the recipe. Our chef will use their experience to express knowledge to students, every secret and techniques will be emphasized in class, and how to correct the troubleshooting is also the important thing we will teach in our class.


and also, we emphasize on how student can adapt our recipe to other modification in order to create new recipes.

We are welcome for student's question after the class so they can solve any problems, and consult with our chef for the best results.
